1-1 COACHING SERVICES

Both coaching services include WEEKLY check ins via loom video. Each week at the check-in you will send over a detailed document reflecting on how the past week went and we then look at your progress and make specific recommendations on what exactly to change or implement in the following week. You will also have access to my app which includes a video library of hundreds of exercises.  If you choose the workout coaching service I will build you a gym routine that works for you and your lifestyle and provide you with feedback on form, technique, and intensity each week.

Both services include going through my 3 step process and working on the following things:

1. Mindshift Mastery

2. Macro Mastery

3. Lifestyle Integration

NUTRITION ONLY

This is 1-1 online coaching that will cover all aspects of your nutrition. We will work on developing healthy eating habits and lifestyle behaviors to improve your overall health and nutrition. You will learn to categorize foods as macronutrients, build meals that fuel your body and make you feel good, and learn to track macros IF we decide that's a good fit for you.  You do not need any experience tracking macros.

 

This will be a good program for you if you already have a good training program in place and need guidance, accountability, and knowledge to improve your eating habits, food choices, and relationship with food for sustainable fat loss.

Pay in advance:

3 months $1000 (save $50) equivalent to $335/mo

6 months $1950 (save $150) equivalent to $325/mo

12 months $3780 (save $420) equivalent to $315/mo

NUTRITION & CUSTOM WORKOUTS

This is 1-1 online coaching that will look at all aspects of your training and nutrition. This program also includes working on developing healthy eating habits and lifestyle behaviors to improve your overall health and nutrition. You will learn to categorize foods as macronutrients, build meals that fuel your body and make you feel good, and learn to track macros IF we decide that's a good fit for you.  You do not need any experience tracking macros.

 

This program also includes detailed workout programs including “how to” videos for each exercise. You can be beginner, intermediate, or advanced. We will work on building a workout routine that works for you and your lifestyle.

Workout programs will change monthly and will focus on progressive overload techniques to stimulate muscle growth and help you get a toned body.
